Returns 

Returns are not accepted; all purchases are final. Under certain conditions and on a case-by-case basis, we can accommodate you via refund or exchange.

Damages / Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds / Exchanges

If your return is accepted, you must bring the item back with valid proof of purchase. To be eligible for such a return, you must get the item back to the store within seven days. The item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Refunds and exchanges are determined on an individualized, case-by-case basis. Items brought back without first requesting a return are ineligible.

Orders must be picked up within 14 days of purchase, or the item(s) will be forfeited, and a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
