Frequently asked questions

Do you ship?

Right now we ship a selection of inventory listed online throughout the continental USA. Items in this collection are under 50 Lbs and exclude oversize items. Everything else at our warehouse is available to shop in person for pickup.

Can I return my product?

All sales are final. Because we’re a liquidation business, items are sold as-is — that’s how we’re able to offer such deep discounts. We always recommend inspecting items carefully before purchasing. Electronics have a 30 day return policy for any functional defects.

Are your products new or used?

Our inventory includes a mix of:
A Grade: New overstocks and shelf pulls
B Grade: Open-box or returned items
C Grade: Occasionally lightly used products

We inspect and label items as accurately as possible, but condition and packaging may vary. C Grade items are only available to shop in person.
