NordicTrack T Series 9 Exercise Bike

Sign into your iFIT account on your own device and connect it to the T Series 9 Bike. Your iFIT home page will show the next workout in your personalized plan. As you work out, iFIT tracks your performance and automatically changes the 16 resistance levels to exactly what you need, so every workout is personalized to you. The two-sided pedals offer SPD clips for cycling shoes or toe cages for athletic shoes. While working out on the bike, easily reach the included 3 lb. dumbbells and do other exercises at the same time. The device shelf can fit a phone or tablet, and your devices connect easily to the bike with Bluetooth.
